Nede advice on a our head fabricator

Basically our head fabricator is 80% invested in XRP. I wish I was fucking joking. Every time it crashes, he is in a terrible mood, and a month or so ago fired someone on the team (XRP happened to be down 15% in a day)... not saying that firing was 100% because of the XRP move, but it obiously did not help. anyway he is good at his job, not sure how to deal with this, how he invests his $$$ is not up to me, but it is affecting the biz at this point

Can you share more on why the one employee was let go?

There was a task that needed to be completed by EOD (pretty simple task for what its worth). He was shown the most efficient way to do it, but chose to do it his own way -- still getting it done, just not as efficiently. When asked why he went a different route, he got defeneisve and said "if you want to do it, you can do it yourself," which was not acceptable. of course there are two sides to this
