Hit $100K/month for the first time. Wild.

Across all my locations we crossed $100K in monthly revenue for the first time last month. Started with one laundromat doing $8K/month four years ago. No real point to this post, just wanted to share with people who get it. My friends and family have no idea what I do.

Congrats. The "my friends and family have no idea what I do" part is so relatable. They think I buy and sell stuff on eBay.
From $8K to $100K in 4 years is insane growth. Was that all organic or did you acquire additional locations?
Mix of both. Bought 3 laundromats, started the appliance repair company from scratch, and grew each location's revenue 20-30% through better marketing and operations. The compounding is real.
This is why I'm here. Congrats man. One day.

Big milestone. Now the question is — do you keep scaling or start optimizing for cash flow and lifestyle? Both are valid answers.
